Jazz Camp Fest is happening!
We are excited to bring this fantastic experience to our community with utmost safety in mind. All festival participants, artists and staff must bring proof of a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours and must show proof of vaccination for COVID-19 upon arrival. All festival activities will be held outdoors. Attendees have the option of camping or bringing an RV or camper. All Cabins have ventilation and will be coordinated with the utmost safety in mind. All meals will be eaten outside with masks required for indoor food pick-up.

Join us for an unforgettable 4-day overnight immersive music festival, while we reconnect around music, nature, and community. Jazz Camp Fest puts you in the middle of the ancient redwoods of La Honda, Northern California with hundreds of music lovers and internationally renowned artists. This festival will be a transformative experience for musicians and non-musicians alike.

3 shows per day featuring local and international jazz legends
Lectures, panel discussions, and Q & A’s with our featured artists.
Late night jam sessions. Bring your instruments!
Open mic sessions
Morning yoga classes. Bring your mats!

This festival is for ages 18 and up.

Saturday Starlight Gala

Bring your dress up clothes for a special night under the stars. Our evening will include an exciting live auction with coveted prizes, fund-a-need, and a memorable concert with special guests! All proceeds will benefit our capacity to offer accessible music programming and education to thousands of people from elementary age children through seniors.

Yoga with Pamela Carrara

Building on 45 years of work in the Healing Arts, Pamela has created potent Fine Body Yoga® sessions specifically for Jazz Camp Fest that offer you a comprehensive and specific approach to skillfully work with the breath, body, and mind, making available easier access for advanced results.

Open Mic

Would you like to perform at Open Mic? Here is your chance to shine! All skill levels are welcome! Guarantee your spot with our Supporters Circle package. All other spots will be taken on a first-come first-served basis.

Late Night Jams

There will be two locations for late night jam sessions. Feel free to bring your instrument. Piano and drum set will be provided. Please bring your own cymbals, sticks, and small amp if needed.

Living Jazz requires that all attendees be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to arrival and requires proof of vaccination dated no later than Friday, August 20, 2021. No exceptions will be made.

Jazz Camp Fest was designed with CDC safety measures in place. All festival participants, artists and staff must be fully vaccinated and all festival activities will be held outdoors. Attendees have the option of camping or bringing an RV or camper. All Cabins have ventilation and will be coordinated with the utmost safety in mind. Please note: The Jones Gulch facility requires a significant amount of walking in between designated program areas and facilities. There is one ADA compliant cabin, however access to all program areas may be difficult for some. Please email info@livingjazz.org for more information. Living Jazz will do our best to accommodate.
