It’s time for us to come together and regain our vitality and inspiration.
The Living Jazz Resilience Project is a new 6-week initiative designed to help you:
Reconnect with Community
Reinvigorate Creativity and Health
Ignite Motivation, Inspiration, and Joy
Be part of a weekly community focused on the cornerstones of creativity, health, and resilience. You will engage with one another around creative projects, music, reading, writing, exercise, cooking, personal expression, exploration, and more. Participants will be organized into 6-member teams paired with a well-known artist who is ready to share their personal and creative process while providing guidance as we all regain inspiration, health, and vitality together. All Resilience Project participants have the chance to meet weekly before moving into separate breakout rooms with the same team mentor and team members for the full 6 weeks.
Living Jazz Resilience is open to anyone 18 years and up looking to recapture or invigorate their creativity and health and to find a community of supportive peers. No previous creative experience required.

LIVING JAZZ RESILIENCE MEETINGS
APRIL 20 - MAY 25, 2021
TUESDAYS- 6-7:30PM PST
15 Minutes: All participants come together on Zoom for a weekly welcome led by Stacey Hoffman and Allison Miller. Each week, before moving into breakout rooms, one of our renowned artists will lead the full group in a creative experience.

Members will begin with personal check-ins, receive and discuss progress on assigned creative projects, share personal playlists, talk about reading or writing assignments, and be provided with optional weekly activities such as exercise, recipes and cooking, yoga, meditation, and more.
Team members will have the chance to communicate during the week to stay accountable, share progress and ideas, and provide encouragement and support to fellow members.
5 Minutes: All teams will return to the full group for closing remarks.
Tentative: Depending on where team members live, there might also be the option of meeting outdoors in person during the 6-week period for outdoor activities. All team members will be encouraged to keep meeting on their own after the 6-week period.
