Join us for an intimate interchange between Kedrick Armstrong (Oakland Symphony Artistic Director) and Terrence Brewer (Renowned Jazz Guitarist, Educator, & Living Jazz Board President) as they discuss the intersections of Jazz and Classical genres and the dissonant history behind their harmonious crossovers.

This exclusive preview of the highly anticipated tête-à-tête is the result of the collaboration between Living Jazz and the Oakland Symphony, marking the symphony's Opening Night and celebrating Living Jazz's 40th anniversary on October 18, 2024 at the historic Paramount Theatre in Downtown Oakland, CA.

The evening will include light refreshments.
